Inspired by Ascleipieion bathing temples, frequency healing, and contemporary metaphysics, Nayad helps the body reconnect with its original intelligence.

This 90-minute bathing and dream ritual unfolds across two phases: immersion and integration. Using salt minerals, a guiding voice and sound (528Hz), and an energetically attuned sequence, the guest enters a liminal space of renewal—supported by a printed guidebook with dream reflection prompts based on Jungian psychology and energetic principles.

The ritual culminates in the application of a sacred body oil (developed with perfumer Liza Witte) that softens the skin and supports energetic clarity. What remains is a moment of deep coherence: physical, emotional, and subtle.

A potent, mineral-dense blend of Bamboo Salt, Celtic Sea Salt, and Epsom Salt. Together they support magnesium replenishment, energetic cleansing, and cellular rehydration. Bamboo Salt, roasted nine times in sealed bamboo stalks, is prized for its frequency-enhancing properties and ability to clear energetic residue.

Sacred Body Oil
